Horrible hotel. The location is safe and quiet but that ends the list of benefits. Hotel is dirty, rooms are not kept up, front desk staff (after hours) is extremely rude. No hot water, water pressure is barely a trickle, internet does not work, "contenintal breakfast" does not really happen. Three days out of five they said "we forgot to order" breakfast. I do not know the name of the woman working the front desk after hours on Monday October 9 2017 but she is perhaps the rudest and most unprofessional woman in any customer service role. I went to question why there was no internet service and she threatened to call the police and have me removed for making a complaint. Ownership is a joke, this hotel is a joke. There are lower priced hotels with far better service only minutes away. Do not waste your money here. FYI... there is a police training academy on the old military base where this hotel is located and the hotel caters to them. General public..... not welcome. As a side note, I'm a retired military officer, this hotel is on a former military base and the old woman at the front desk made it abundantly clear she disrespects both the military and the current president. Out of control. Don't stay here, owners deserve this place to fail.
Oh my gosh! It's a damn police acadamy dorm!!! All the swearing and drinking! What a bad experience!
Room was very clean. For the price I was not expecting this. The location was very quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was great. Very kid friendly. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again if I was visiting.
Place is nasty. Bugs crawling all in the shower while I was showering Mold on the ceiling the air conditioners as super nasty on the inside and the air filters looks like it was changed 13 years ago. WiFi never worked for more than 2 minuets at a time called the front desk constantly to reset it. The staff was super friendly and helpful
In the top 3 worst places I have ever stayed, bed broken, dimly lit, shower has mold in it, mold growing on the carpet behind the doors, WiFi not working, service it slow, seem irritated when you ask for this like extra towels. Will not return.
